Providing customized practical tools for individuals to integrate into their personal & professional daily lives and be able to adapt to the stress of life, instead of being controlled by it.
She helps create a safe place for people to release what is in the way of living from their authentic self, release blockages around their heart, let go of old traumas & stress patterns still stored in the body that are no longer serving them, creating a new foundation.
Opinder's intention from her heart is to empower each individual to remember what is already innate. Apply the tools they learn to better the quality of their own lives and help others along the way. To be able to rely on internal sources, not only external sources for their journey in life.
